 Sign Up, online (preferred), Click: Register Here and select the event(s), no more than 2, then pay with your credit card on this site.

To use a paper Entry Form, click:  2026 QTC Club Tournament Entry Form then print it out, complete the form, attach payment and submit it at the QTC clubhouse in the wooden box.
